In 2004, brothers Jeff Sloan and Rich Sloan formed Aria International, which has quickly established itself as a leading provider of marketing and management services in the Arabian horse marketplace.
As lifelong entrepreneurs, the Sloan brothers have created numerous fast-growth business ventures. Through Aria, the Sloan brothers have combined their experience in business with their lifelong love of Arabian horses.
The Sloan brothers grew up in the Arabian horse business. Long before forming Aria International, in 1982, their parents, Bernie and Deena, created Talaria Farms in Metamora, Michigan to breed straight Egyptian and Egyptian-related horses. It didn’t take long for Talaria to become one of the most significant Arabian horse breeding, showing and marketing operations in the world. Jeff directed all aspects of the operations of Talaria including the training, showing, breeding, and all of the marketing and sales activities associated with the Talaria horses. And Rich became an accomplished horseman, working hands-on in the care, training and showing of the horses stabled at Talaria Farms, all the while becoming steeped in the intricacies of the international Arabian horse industry. read more
